HOUSE RULES ‣ Photo ID of the booking guest required. ‣ Booking Age: The booking guest must be 24 or older. ‣ Pets: No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets incur a $600 charge, plus additional cleaning fees. ‣ Smoking: No smoking indoors. A $1,000 fine applies. Smoking is allowed in the backyard. ‣ Pool: Use plastic cups only. Supervise children; unpotty trained kids must wear waterproof diapers. Heating costs extra and takes up to 24 hours (depending on the season) to reach the desired temperature. ‣ Cameras: Security cameras are at the front, facing outside only. ‣ Bugs & Critters: California is pest-friendly. Keep doors closed to prevent bugs from entering. 🦋😄 ‣ Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4 pm; check-out at 11 am. No late check-outs allowed. ‣ Check-In / Check-Out: Early check-in by 1–2 hours may be possible depending on availability and can usually only be confirmed the evening before arrival after coordinating with our housekeeper. Guaranteed early arrival more than 1 hour and up to 8 hours before the standard 4 PM check-in time must be booked and approved in advance, subject to availability, and requires an additional fee equal to 50% of the previous night’s rate, since the home needs to be held vacant the night before to guarantee morning access. Payment is processed via the Airbnb Resolution Center. ‣ Operating Hours: 8 am to 8 pm. For emergencies outside these hours, call or text. ‣ Quiet Hours: After 9 pm, no amplified sound. ‣ Parties: No parties allowed. $1,000 fine per day and eviction apply. ‣ Unregistered Guests: $200 per guest per night fee and/or eviction for unauthorized overnight guests. ‣ Filming/Photoshoots: NOT ALLOWED. Unauthorized filming results in a $1,000 fine per day and eviction. ‣ Liability Waiver: Not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises. ‣ Guest Items: Contact us for left items. We’ll do our best to locate them. Mailing costs are covered by the guest. ‣ Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance as we adhere strictly to our cancellation policy. ‣ Unauthorized late checkouts will incur the nightly rate and any additional costs for the next guest’s reservation. ‣ 30+ Stays: Utilities are included up to $750 per month ( not including heating the pool). Additional charges may apply for overuse. Adjust the AC when you are at home or away to help prevent overuse. ‣ Commercial Filming: Commercial filming or productions using professional equipment are not permitted, as they require specialized insurance that our property does not carry.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and all its amenities during their stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.
