Had a great stay in LA at Julia's place. The location is conveniently located near Universal (15 minutes to the parking lot) and other attractions in LA. Neighborhood was safe. I would stay here again if visiting the area. Julia was very responsive whenever we had questions.

We stayed at Julia's place with a family of 5 and it was more than enough space. As listed, the house was very clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and the game room. Julia was always responsive and returned our questions/requests immediately. She was a great host and we would love to come back again!

When I said I wanted to stay in a home away from home, this was exactly it! We got in on a very early flight, and although we were not able to check in early, which is no issue at all, there were plenty of things to do around the house. Check-in was super easy, and the home was clean and inviting. The beds were all very comfortable, the linens were very clean, the living area was incredibly cozy, and the kitchen was spacious enough to share all our meals. My family and I enjoyed every day we spent together, both inside and outdoors.
The pool was the highlight of our stay; it was the perfect size! There was more than enough room for seating, which is super important to me. The game room had the perfect amount of entertainment. I would recommend this house for anyone who seeks comfort and privacy. Julia was just sensational about responding to my messages and providing everything one might need when they need a little getaway!

This is a perfect stay for a family visiting LA! The backyard and pool was so amazing! Plus the bonus game room! We were happy to have a couple days just at the house during our vacation which we weren't initially planning for! Our kids swam almost everyday! You have everything you need in the kitchen! Julia, the host is wonderful and so helpful! She was so responsive and proactive to our needs as they came up! This was our 1st ever Airbnb stay and Julia made it perfect for us! Will definitely come back on our next visit!

Traveled from Las Vegas with my family for a busy birthday weekend. Everything was as described, clean, functional, cozy, and had everything to keep my 10 and 8 year old busy. I will definitely be staying there again in the future. Julia was a fantastic host and communication was on point.

Great home, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also great location and about 30mins drive from anywhere around LA. The host was also very proactive and responsive, providing clear instructions daily. We are already planning our trip to return.

This is a unique little spot and such a great place to have family fun! Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Very warm and cozy place with detailed touches! Kitchen has a lot to offer as far as things you need too! Spices even! TVs in every room! We had a wonderful stay!

From the moment we arrived, this house felt like home. Our stay here was absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Julia went above and beyond as a host, always responding promptly and kindly to any questions or requests we had. The house was spotless when we arrived—truly squeaky clean—which made settling in even more enjoyable.
This cozy retreat was the perfect little getaway for us. The backyard was spacious and inviting, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. We also loved spending time in the game room, which was a fun and comfortable spot to shoot some billiards and hang out.
Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful local stay. It’s a gem, and we’d gladly return in the future!

Julia’s place was gorgeous and had literally everything we could ever need. My kids had a blast in the game room. We were evicted from our home due to the fire, and this was the perfect escape/retreat! Absolutely loved Julia’s home!
